a little update on me.

Well, a little over a month ago... The day after my 30th birthday to be exact, we found out I was pregnant. Huge shock.

Unfortunately, at 8 weeks I started spotting. After I got results back from some blood work, we found out my HCG levels had decreased a bit. My baby had stopped growing. My miscarriage started a little over a week later. It's over now, and I'm recovering well. This loss wasn't as painful, physically, as the first one. I just can't believe this has happened again. This was the first surprise pregnancy we have ever had, and it just went away so fast.

I don't really want to go into much detail about it, I just wanted to vent.

Ava is doing well. She is *almost* walking. She is standing alone and is walking well with holding just one of my hands now. Yay, Ava! She had an endocrinologist visit last week due to er slow growth. Fortunately he thinks she is just a slow grower. She will have one more visit with him in July and if she has progressed the same as she is now, then he won't need to see her again. Hopefully all is well. I'm just glad she didn't have to have any blood drawn or x-rays done. She was not a happy camper at the doctors office, as usual. I'll be so ready to   get out of this anxiety stage!

    1. Thank you.I just posted on TB boards the other day. I've just been quietly dealing with it this time.

Thank you! It's like one step forward, 2 steps back with her sometimes! She will get this walking thing down eventually, lol.
